- Schedule Health Promotion Collaboration meetings between Saturday of Week 5 through Saturday of Week 6. Identify the date, time, and location of the event.
- Health Promotion Collaboration meetings are conducted in person or virtually. Meetings may occur on one or more occasions to accommodate the availability of the licensed healthcare professionals.
- Practice for the Health Promotion Collaboration meetings using your Practicum Project Speaker Notes.

- Request all attendees to complete and return the Practicum Project: PRE-Survey prior to the meeting.
- Conduct your Health Promotion Collaboration meeting, distribute educational material, and answer questions. Educational materials may be printed or emailed to the attendees.
- Request all attendees to complete and return the Practicum Project: POST-Survey after the meeting and return it to you.
