Engage the project team through leadership competencies
Communication: Start by fostering open communication channels. Actively listen to team members’ concerns and ideas, ensuring that everyone feels valued. Establish a shared vision, clearly articulating project goals, and how each member contributes to the larger purpose (Bass & Avolio, 2020).
Action: Utilize your leadership competencies such as emotional intelligence, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
