SOLUTION:

Paragraph one: (A client perspective)

Due to the increasing reliance on digital technology to support patients in managing their health care, it is crucial that a system be inclusive of diverse cultures, languages, and socioeconomic statuses of the clients they wish to serve.  How will those clients that are underserved with limited access to internet or up to date technological devices be included?  It must also provide a system that is user friendly and simple to navigate for the aging, poorly educated populations as well those individuals with limited to minimal exposure to such systems.  These components are necessary to provide a culture of safety and inclusiveness to all those seeking to improve their health status.  Systems must be willing to invest in the education of clients, seamless medical translation for a multitude of languages.  The ability of diverse populations to have access to the internet along with technological devices is to be considered to prevent discouragement and disengagement of those individuals or communities that quite possibly are needing the most support in managing their health and well-being.   Building a relationship of trust in the use of modern technology in the aging population through education and resources increases the autonomy they often feel they have lost when managing their healthcare as they rely on others for technological navigation.

Paragraph two:

“Differences in the access and use of digital health interventions are driven by culture, inaddition to economic and physical factors. To avoid the systematic exclusion of traditionally underserved cultural groups, creating inclusive digital health interventions is essential” (V. Nittas p.1). ……………….KINDLY CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW TO ACCESS THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT FOR $12
