Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to develop skills to lead organizations in the creation of cultures of excellence. These skills support the professional formation of the advanced nursing role.

General instructions:
Reflect on the mission, vision, and values of a workplace organization and how the workplace organization addresses a culture of excellence. Note: you may use the same workplace organization that you discussed in this week’s Collaboration Café as long as it meets the criteria below. Write a scholarly paper addressing the following requirements:

- Follow rules for grammar, spelling, word usage, and punctuation consistent with formal, scholarly writing.
- Clarity, organization, and logical flow of ideas should be evident within writing.

- Leading a Culture of Excellence
- Discuss how the mission, vision, and values do or do not reflect a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Describe how the advanced nurse leader can leverage the mission, vision, values, and organizational structure to create positive change in the organizational culture.
- Discuss two leadership strategies that the advanced nurse leader can use to support a culture of excellence.
- Provide support from at least one scholarly source.
- Conclusion
- Provide a conclusion, including a brief summary. Your conclusion should follow the organization of the paper given in the introduction and focus on analysis.
- Share your reflection on the assignment.
